I helped a good friend's husband with an anniversary surprise and created this fun purse with bamboo handle for him to take to her at work. I loved being in on the secret and wish I could have seen her face when he came walking into the office carrying this cake! It was vanilla cake with raspberry filling and appliqued fondant icing.
