If there is anything more girlie than a pink castle cake, then it's a sugar princess wearing her signature accessory - pearls! This cake has both and was made for a terrific little friend who really does wear pearls every day.
I donated a custom birthday cake to the silent auction at my preschool last year. This was what I made for the winner. Under all that buttercream grass was vanilla cake with chocolate chip filling. The castle was just enough for the birthday girl to take home and enjoy the next day with towers made of Rice Krispie treats and ice cream cones.
