SoyJoy "Do You Dare Challenge" and Giveaway

A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by SOYJOY to see if I wanted to do a giveaway on This Mommy Cooks. I love getting free stuff for you guys so I definitely said yes. SOYJOY dares to be different - It’s the only nutrition bar baked with real fruit and ground whole soybean. Their new campaign encourages you to dare yourself to do something fun, crazy, inspirational, or just plain silly. I have personally taken the challenge and I dared myself to cook dinner this month using only things from my freezer, fridge, and pantry (with the exception of produce, dairy, and a special annual dinner). What do you dare yourself to do? Eat healthier? Try a new recipe? Try a new ingredient? Run a 5k? Spend more time reading? Walk your dog everyday? It doesn't matter what you choose to dare yourself to do, just do it!

To enter, here's what you need to do:

• First, head on over to SOYJOY's facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/soyjoy) and "like" them.

• While you're there, take the “You Dare Challenge” on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/soyjoy?v=app_168081896572100), where you can dare yourself to do something fun, crazy, inspirational, or just plain silly. Just for daring yourself you can sign up for a free SOYJOY bar.

• Lastly, come back here and comment in THIS post that you liked them and what you dared yourself to do. That will enter you to win one SOYJOY fitness pack full of gear (Camelback water bottles, dri-fit t-shirt, towel, backpack, SOYJOY three nutrition bars).

• If you want an extra entry, you can TWEET about this giveaway. Just make sure to tag @thismommycooks and @SOYJOYUS in your tweet. Also, if you do tweet about this giveaway, come back here and leave a separate comment letting me know that you tweeted it. I will not search Twitter for your tweet. The comments section is the only place I will choose a winner from.
