Pizza Rolls

We love homemade pizza in our house, but sometimes you want to change it up. So, when I saw the idea to pizza rolls on The Sisters' Cafe blog, I added it to my must try list. I used my go to pizza dough recipe, and it was awesome. You can use any toppings you want, which is great for picky eaters. Difinitely give these a try, they are like garlic pizza bread rolls! Mmmm good!

*I have a few step by step pictures below to help you along.

Ingredients:
Prepared Pizza Dough (My recipe here.)
Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of your choice (veggies, meats, etc.)
Parmesan cheese
Garlic Salt
Italian Seasoning/Pizza Seasoning
Olive Oil

Directions:
Roll pizza dough out into a large rectangle. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 12 pieces.  Layer the toppings in the center of each square of dough; about 2-3 tablespoons total of toppings on each. Now stretch and fold the dough around the toppings, pinching to seal edges. This can be tricky; the more toppings you use, the harder it gets to tuck them all within the dough.  Now place seam side down in a lightly greased casserole dish or glass baking dish. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle generously with garlic salt and Italian seasoning, and then top with a few sprinkles of parmesan cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until rolls are light brown. Serve with your favorite pizza sauce for dipping.
